Our vertically integrated, fully automated manufacturing facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and virtually every day of the year. With 350,000 square feet of office, manufacturing and warehouse space, our facility is equipped with 32 state-of-the-art plastic injection molding machines, 9 silos feeding 32 gravimetric feeders, specialized equipment for material handling, hydraulic presses for silicone insertion and advanced robotics.
First opened in 1979, our state-of-the-art, fully automated, and eco-friendly cookware manufacturing facility is the only stainless-steel cookware in Canada. Using automated draw press disk loaders and oilers, enclosed polishing machines, facilities for finished and unfinished washes, and three pick-and-place six-axis robot cells, we manufacture and supply premium cookware for a diverse range of partners under a host of trusted brands.
